The Flex Panel was designed to add three low-profile and versatile pockets to our SLEDS, SLEDS-K, and other MOLLE-equipped 5.56 placards. It'll also mount to any other 5 MOLLE column wide space (BFG Triple Stackable, Shaw Elastic 5.56 Placard, cummerbunds, etc.).
These pockets are designed to carry 5.56 magazines, flashbangs, IFDs, and other similarly sized items. The elastic material allows the panel to sit flat when empty, and to conform to the items held for a secure fit.
If additional over-the-top retention is required, the panel will accept our 5.56 Retention Flaps (for coverage of flashbangs, shorter 20rd 5.56 mags, and IFDs) or pull-tab retention. The silent flap closure hardware can be stowed behind the panel when not in use.
