A really neat pattern invented to counteract Soviet-Bloc infrared night vision devices in an open environment. Its iconic "grid" pattern interlaced with splotches was an adaptation of Soviet Bloc patterns itself. Although very effective in the late 1960s through the 1970s, this pattern was outdated with the advent of Woodland and Desert BDUs in the 1980s. This pattern was issued, however, during Operations Desert Shield/Storm to U.S. ground forces for wear at night.

These pants were designed to be worn outside the DCU and equipment. The pants feature a velcro closing, topped by a drawstring. Sizes are cut slightly larger than the listed size to account for being worn over the uniform. This means if you wear a small BDU size, the Small will be cut more like a medium to allow the user to wear the garment over the small size. If you are planning on wearing these as a regular piece of clothing, your size will still probably fit, but be slightly larger, which can be fixed with the use of a Drawstring.

Inseams on these are not as important again as they are made to be worn over the uniform.

These have to rear pockets, but the rest of the "pockets" are simply slits to allow access to BDU pockets.

Most of these are in great shape, but please allow for wear as some of these probably made it over to the First Gulf War and were worn.
