The Avalon fillet knife is a Toor Knives original design, purpose built for tackling the heaviest fish and game on your next outdoor adventure. This blade's ultra-slim profile allows for extremely controlled blade manipulation, which is critical when filleting your catch. The slimmer blade design yields a slight edge flex, allowing the angler to easily access those hard-to-reach spots. The bevel of the blade is over an inch long, providing plenty of sharpening life.
