The Golden Tiger Katana is a sublime specimen of that strength with its homage to the tiger - a fierce and powerful predator that attacks its prey with stealth and perfectly balanced skill. The sword has a hand-forged, razor-sharp, 27 1/4” T10 clay tempered steel blade that extends from a brass habaki. The sturdy wooden handle is wrapped in genuine black rayskin and then wrapped in black cord in the traditional style. The katana has a round intricate tiger-themed tsuba, crafted of solid brass and a decorative brass pommel to match. The 39 3/4” overall katana slides, just like a glove, into a black lacquered wooden scabbard with a black cord wrap accent.
