his multi-function Powerlock tool is a super item for everyone, especially EOD specialists! Its unique design offers the crimper device within the handle rather than in the pliers jaws as in other designs in order to give the operator full use of the pliers surface. The crimper produces non-flaring, high pull out strength crimps that meet government fuse well specifications. This black finish stainless steel tool measures 7" overall when open and 4 5/8" closed. It features 14 different tools, including a V-cutter that can be used to cut seat belts, paracord, fishing line, electrical cable sheathing and much more. Includes brown leather sheath. GSA approved.
