The Ka-Bar 1483 is a larger version of Ka-Bar's very popular TDI Law Enforcement Knife. The Ka-Bar TDI Law Enforcement Knife was designed by John Benner, founder of Tactical Defense Institute. The grip angle and grip size were carefully designed to provide quick access and a firm grip. Included with the Large TDI knife is a hard plastic sheath fitted with flexible Cordura straps to allow mounting to pant and duty belts, tactical vests and more.
