Best poncho I ever bought it's heavy duty good quality and at a good price. Highly recommend it.

This is my go to poncho now, I have another one I ordered from the UK a year ago but it's not rubber backed and poorly seam sealed and leaked on me out in a rain storm. Thats what makes this one way better is its rubber coated rip-stop nylon ( I wish that was in the product description because I took a shot in the dark on this one hoping it was the same from an old youtube video of similar poncho cadpat, so if your looking at this and wondering... there you go lol ) The seams are all sealed up and ready for action. The pouch it comes in is the same material used in the poncho so if you had to pack it wet at least its a waterproof pouch! I put my usgi poncho liner on it to see if they matched and the liner is a tad bigger ( like 1.5 inch ) but not enough to care. Stitching, grommets all look well made and the snaps are double sided and heavy duty like my mmss. I'm trying to stay Canadian made if I can so i'm happy to support Hero's and their poncho they offer vs others. I just wished my cadpat breathtex boonie hat I bought was the same colours.. I like the browns in this poncho but there were lime green colours in the hat?. I hope it works as well as it looks. Thank you.

I was looking for a poncho to wear during the rainy duck and goose hunting season. This is it. I found lesser quality ponchos for more money, and was getting discouraged. This poncho is heavier duty than I was expecting for the $$$, and am not disappointed. It is of quality material, and large enough to cover what is important, with plenty of room to sit down. I highly recommend this poncho for your outdoor needs.
