These traditional Forge de Laguiole knives with handles made of cow horn have solid brass bolsters. Rich in shade and design varieties, cow horn has been used for most Laguiole knife handles since the nineteenth century. FORGE DE LAGUIOLE hand selects each cow horn especially for their knives. Black, blonde or marbled, the diversity of this material is highlighted with each knife.

Manufactured exclusively for Forge de Laguiole, T12 steel combines durability, rust resistance and ease of sharpening. Forge de Laguiole’s unique methods of forging, combined with precise tempering, give the blade an exceptional cutting edge. The steel is produced in the Isere region of France.

The smallest of the series, this knife works well on a key chain or virtually disappears in the pocket.

Each knife is made in France, on the Aubrac plateau in the Aveyron region.
