Canadian Armed Forces Arctic Bunny Boots

Just got a pair of these. Everything that can be said about Bunny boots is available with a Google search so my review is more about the transaction. I'm mostly happy, but took a star off for a couple quirks. I don't buy much milsurp so I'm not sure if this is normal or not. I'll let the reader decide. I was surprised that the left and right have manufacturing dates 14 years apart. Not much changed in that time, just a slightly different toe cap. They don't quite match visually, but they feel like a pair on my feet. Left (newer) boot is as new. Right has a broken shoe lace and a small defect/damage on the toe, but in good condition otherwise. I was charged some extra shipping after I placed the online order, but that isn't unusual for my remote area. It would have been nice to get an actual matched pair and good laces, but for this price I'm relatively happy with the purchase.

Second pair of bunny boots bought from Hero Outdoors. Still using the 1st pair a couple of years now and wanted a larger pair and wider. Came fairly quickly and brand new never worn. Only minor defect was the flap that you lace up to that is basically welded into the body the material on the inside of the flap was a little brittle from its age. Not a deal breaker that couldn't be easily fixed with ShoeGoo. I live on a mountain 3,500 ft elevation in BC so it's nice to have these boots to keep my feet dry and warm.
