The RPG-7 is a portable, reusable, unguided, shoulder-launched, anti-tank grenade launcher. The RPG-7 and its predecessor, the RPG-2, were designed by the Soviet Union, and are manufactured by the Russian company Bazalt.
On the launcher itself (often found on the heat shield, the rear sight leaf, or adjacent parts), you might see numbers or letters enclosed in a circle. These are not serial numbers for tracking individual weapons, but rather Cold War-era state arsenal or factory stamps indicating where the weapon or part was produced.
This Launcher features Circle 10 on the launcher handle identifying production by Arsenal AD in Bulgaria
The Rubber training rocket has Circle 11 that indicates production by Vazovski Mashinostroitelni Zavodi of Bulgaria .
