OKC XR1 Folding Knife N690 Partially Serrated Black Handle

XR^® Series knives are an extension of the XM series designed specifically for use in emergency rescue situations. Like the XM series, the XR-1 are precision balanced, lightweight, and tough. They take inspiration from the XM blades and have no spring-loaded opening mechanism or spring assisted lock to extend lifetime and provide a smooth blade deployment every time with little cleaning required. The XR was also manufactured with N690Co Cobalt enhanced, cryo-quenched, combination edge, stainless steel blades and lightweight Akulon 6G6 handles. Each XR-1 also includes:

• Ergonomic handles for enhanced comfort, increased force and better control when either bare-handed or wearing gloves
• Sharp and accessible line cutter for removing rope, straps or seatbelts
• Hardened glass breaker placed at the top of the handle for comfort during use
• Accessible locking mechanism for easy cleaning in dirty or harsh environments
• Sturdy lanyard hole that fits 550 cord
• A ridged spine for extra control and force
• Deep, self cleaning finger grooves for added grip
• Dual liners and an extra secure liner lock
• Rust resistant components
• A tip-down spring-steel pocket clip that can be moved for right or left-handed use
• Chamfered Shackle wrench

Each XR also comes with blade replacements and a wrench for replacing the edges of the line cutter when it gets dull.
