Amazing customer...

It ended up not being what I needed at all, I give it a 4 because of it would have had dimensions I would have known that before ordering. Side note:. The length of the rod, not including the ring is 2.5cm or 1 inch long. It does not have the push pin piece from the image, but what looks like a groove for a ring clip? Including a picture. But regardless of the item, the customer service was exceptional!! They stayed on top of it's shipping virtually the entire time, Responded to every email super quick and followed up each time. Some of the best customer service I've had.
