Canadian Armed Forces Issue
Adopted in the mid to late 1980s the lightweight trousers were made out of a 5oz nylon/cotton blend. The earlier version of these trousers have two short velcro waist adjustment tabs and the belt loops are slightly wider than the MK II trousers.
Included in this version are two hip pockets and the knee and seat reinforcements that were not included on the MK II trousers. Bottom of the trouser have the standard storm cuff which can be buttoned up into the pant or left hanging.
This was the final production of the Canadian combat trousers.

Decent pants for a decent price
Ordered a pair to complete a 1980's CAF infantry outfit I was assembling for airsoft. Shipping was efficient and prompt, easy to track. For used, 40 year old pants, they were in decent shape. Buttons and zippers worked fine, stitching is tight and not frayed, overall a decent pair of pants. My only recommendation would be to order two in case you need to replace any parts so you can cannibalize the lesser pair. I will continue to purchase items from this site and recommend to friends and family.
