Canadian Armed Forces Gore-Tex Parka

Yesterday my wife presented this amazing parka size 7040 to me for my birthday. I consider the condition to be like new. It had a person's name on the inside garment size and care tag. It had been worn but had no signs of wear, stains, or dirt. I think the hood had never been worn. I'm not sure if the goretex liner had ever been worn. I have NEVER been let down by any item that I have ordered from Hero Outdoors. I think that every purchased item has been in better condition than advertised. Every purchase has been purchased worth the money and I order from America. On top of this, the staff worked with my wife to make sure it was the correct item and size. That might not sound like much, but to me that guarantees that my before my next surplus purchase, i will check with Hero Outdoors first. Next time that we visit family in Canada, im shopping at Hero Outdoors first.

Awesome piece for nothern climate

Arrived with a heavy funky smell. After 4 heavy duty washes,.... it's just as I remember wearing.

Picked this up a couple of weeks ago...still haven't had cold enough weather to wear it...the parka was in good shape and git well ( check online sizing chart)...no issues fast delivery...these things are warm....just putting it on gave me warm fuzzy memories of Shilo ( don't go there by choice)
