The 'Desert Dingo' the dingo is an amazing animal... and has become a legend, being Australia's 'wild dog' generally these golden or reddish color canids, live alone/sometimes in packs. The dingo is usually 3.5' to 4' from nose to tail, weighing 22- 33 pounds the dingo's hunting skills are well tuned to the harsh desert conditions. They cover great distances hunting, and pursue and eat small game, rabbits, lizards, birds, even fruits and plants. As a result of the harsh conditions they are usually extremely lean...
