The Nepalese are a hearty and ancient race of people that have thrived on the hardships of living in the Himalayas. From these people come the legendary Gurkhas, fierce soldiers who were known for using the kukri knife. Our keenly sharp 8 1/4” kukri blade is crafted of Damascus steel and it has a blood groove and a beveled edge. The handle is made of genuine black buffalo horn, accented by a brass fileworked panel and red and brass spacers. The 13 3/4” overall kukri knife slides smoothly into a premium leather belt sheath with snap closures and an embossed design.
