The QSE-3 has a S35VN blade with a compound grind the likes of which our industry has never seen. This grind is affectionately called a "modified American tanto" effectively there are two separate cutting edges, separated by a ridge in the blade, but where the ridge meets the edge, it disappears to become one continuous 4.00" long cutting edge. Frankly, it's gorgeous.
