Canadian Armed Forces issued early 1st Pattern 82' rucksack with frame.
The condition of the item is good with visible sign of minor storage wear and a bit of white stain that can be clean, and the rucksack itself is moderately used and fairly kept during service, with visible bit of minor tear and the rubber coating is peeling off, toward the back the strap buckle seem to be replace with 2 ring as a makeshift buckle
