The Quick Release Kit adds an emergency release on a Vickers Combat Applications Sling, Vickers Padded Sling, or any other two point slings with 1.25" webbing.
The 8" webbing of the Quick Release Kit fits the sling slot in standard M4 and CAR15 buttstocks. The Quick Release Kit and can also be threaded directly onto sling loops or used in conjunction with various Sling Hardware that accept 1.00" or 1.25" webbing for wider application. The ITW Fastex buckle provides immediate release from the weapon in case of emergency egress.
