Exploring the bayous and marshlands of southern Louisiana, crabbing from the shore, camping on the beach, duck hunting, bass fishing – these are the outdoor experiences upon which Bayou Classic was founded – and at the end of the day, it was always about cooking. That’s why they crafted their Banjo Cooker with such careful attention to detail. A 12 1/2” welded steel frame gives you a 16” cooking surface that is designed for large pots up to 100 quarts. It has a 48” stainless steel braided hose and a 0-30 PSI adjustable regulator.
