The company Art Gladius, S.A. was founded in 1986 in Toledo, Spain. From Galia (France) through Germania to England, the Roman Legions were renowned for their discipline and strategy and most of all, for their sword. This tribute sword has a 23” stainless steel blade with decorative scroll etching and a gold-tone medallion featuring “Caesar Imperator” accent. It has a brown wooden handle, accented with gold aluminum, featuring an intricate aluminum handguard and pommel. The replica sword is 30 1/4” in overall length from hilt pommel to blade point.
