Genuine US Army issue magazine pouch for the SAW, officially called Case Small Arms Ammunition pouch.
Large ammunition pouch to fit 6 x 30 round M16 (M4) magazines or a box magazine for a SAW.
The back has two ALICE belt clips and a large sewn down belt loop.
The sides of the pouch have reinforced plastic sides and the flap is secured by Velcro and press stud.
Unissued and genuine issue.
