Canadian Armed Forces Grenadier Guards Wool Greatcoat

I am not a big guy - sure, a bit of a paunch, but it sits on a regular frame. So when I bought an overcoat listed as large/extra large I thought I'd be safe. The coat looks great, in good shape, and even fit my waist well. But the shoulder are super narrow and restrictive. Like I can wear a t-shirt/single layer under this and that's about it. Anything else and it is a no go. This is not a coat for anyone beefier than a beanpole. I wish they had a better return policy, because the listed size was misleading and it was like $60.
