Avon Voice Projection Unit

The Voice Projection Unit (VPU) clips to the front of the C50 and FM50 mask without special tools and is designed to amplify the mask wearer's voice.  This is a critical capability for SWAT teams and the military.  Once fitted, the VPU is securely attached and allows for weapons firing. The unit requires (2) AAA batteries - not included. The microphone is powered by the VPU.  The standard FM50 or C50 mask does not come with a VPU (sold separately), but it is standard equipment for the FM53 at no additional cost.  For FM50 and C50 Masks.  Part Number 71601-11
